Brazilian Jiujitsu is a Martial Art, Combat Sport, and a self defense system that focuses on grappling and ground fighting . In this class you will learn techniques like clinching, takedowns and ground fighting with the goal of applying a submission using joint locks or choke holds.

MMA is a combat sport that allows the use of both striking as well as grappling techniques from a wide variety of various Martial Arts.  In this session you will learn striking from Muay Thai and boxing, submissions from BJJ, take downs and takedown defense from wrestling, coupled with conditioning drills that will build your cardio and muscular endurance,
