 Muay Thai also known as “The Science of Eight Limbs” the fists, feet, knees and elbows are all utilized in this intense session of total body conditioning This class incorporates heavy bags, Thai pads, focus mitts and kick pads,to develop explosive power and muscular endurance.  The class also consists of light contact partner drills that teach basic offensive and defensive striking technique.
