Been training here on and off for over a year and a half now and have to say it's one of the most legitimate fight gyms I have ever stepped foot in.

I trained with George and his team for several years. This is the place to be to learn traditional Muay Thai in the Bay Area. I did my stand up preparation for all my pro MMA fights in Japan and that helped me tremendously.

Miss Angel is awesome. I took my first class today and it kicked my butt in a good way. The place is clean and such a positive environment.
